Terms of Service

By using the HeroByApp^™ website and participating in the Community Heroes Program, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Program Participation

Nominations submitted through HeroByApp^™ are reviewed by CityByApp^™ Inc. before issuance. Submission of a nomination does not guarantee a Certificate of Honor will be issued. All nominations must be accurate and submitted in good faith.

Sponsorship

Sponsorship agreements are formalized through direct communication with CityByApp^™ Inc. Sponsorship is a cash marketing investment, not a charitable donation. All sponsorship terms are agreed upon in writing before payment is processed.

Intellectual Property

HeroByApp^™, CityByApp^™, CivicByApp^™, ByApp.ai, and all associated marks are the intellectual property of CityByApp^™ Inc. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

CityByApp^™ Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this platform. The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Governing Law
