Videographer Spec Sheet

On-brand graphics for the full event video and the 2-minute feature / promo. Everything matches the HeroByApp™ website and printed assets exactly — consistency is the point, so please use these rather than recreating from scratch. Flat cards + name bars are delivered in 4K — 3840 × 2160 (16:9) to match your 4K footage; the motion cards are resolution-independent HTML — screen-record them at 4K.

How to export each one

Static cards (Opening Title, Closing CTA)

Easiest: download the ready-made PNG from the page and drop it onto your timeline. If you'd rather capture the HTML: open it in Google Chrome, press F11 (⌃⌘F on Mac) for true full-screen at your monitor's resolution, and screenshot the full frame → save as a PNG (or just use the 4K PNG provided).

Ceremony Screens — the HONORED reveal (motion)

Open the clean record-ready file in Chrome, press F11 for full-screen, and screen-record it (QuickTime / OBS / your capture tool). On load it counts 5 → 4 → 3 → 2 → 1 and then bursts into the gold "HONORED" reveal with confetti — just hit record when you open it. Nothing ever floats over the frame. Number keys jump between clean screens: 1 Welcome · 2 replay the HONORED reveal + confetti · 3 Hold on the honoree · 4 Thank You · 5 replay the countdown.

Tip — record a few extra seconds of the confetti so you have room to time the cut; refresh the page to replay the countdown and entrance.

Brand spec (keep everything consistent)

Canvas: 3840 × 2160 (4K), 16:9. Keep titles inside a ~90px safe margin.
Fonts: Playfair Display (headlines & names, weights 700–900) · Inter (labels, roles, body, 400–700). Both free on Google Fonts.
Colors: Gold #C9A84C · Light gold #E8DCB0 · Cream #F5EFDD · Dark gold #9C7F36 · Navy bg #12233F → #0B1730 → #04081A · Muted blue-gray #A9B4CC
Tone: gold gradient on headlines (light at top → gold → dark), thin gold hairline dividers, deep-navy background. Dignified, not flashy.

Lower-third build spec

The 5 name bars are provided as ready-to-use transparent PNGs — just overlay them lower-left, ~240px from the left and bottom edges (4K). If you'd rather rebuild them as an editable / animated title so names swap per speaker, match this:

Gold accent bar (left edge): 12px wide, vertical gradient #E8DCB0 → #C9A84C → #9C7F36.
Panel: deep-navy rgba(10,20,40,.94), 1px gold border rgba(201,168,76,.45), rounded right corners, soft drop shadow.
Name: Playfair Display, ~58px, weight 800, color #F6F2E6.
Title / role: Inter, ~30px, weight 600, gold #C9A84C.
Format: name on line 1, role + org on line 2.

QR + URL note

The closing card shows the QR and the URL in large type on purpose — a QR on a video isn't scannable from the same phone someone is watching on, so the visible HeroByApp.com is what most people will use. Keep both on screen for at least 5 seconds.

Trademark & consistency checklist

Always ™, never ®. Use HeroByApp™, CityByApp™, ByApp.ai.
Tagline: "Local Honor. Global Impact."
Program framing: HeroByApp™ is a program of CityByApp™ × ByApp.ai.
Spelling and titles for on-screen names are exact — copy them from the lower-third assets.

What we need back (delivery)

Please deliver to the shared Google Drive folder (link in the email):

The editable project — your Premiere .prproj using File → Project Manager → Collect Files and Copy to New Location so all media is included (or an After Effects project / your program's equivalent package). We want to be able to open and adjust it later.
Final exports (H.264 .mp4, 3840×2160 / 4K, ~16–24 Mbps, 23.976 or 29.97 fps to match source, AAC 48kHz):
- Full event video — the complete ceremony
- 2-minute feature / promo
Optional: a ProRes 422 HQ master of the 2-minute feature if easy.
